1. Scope and Application

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders and purchase contracts placed through the online shop operated on or through the domain recycled-jewellery.com (hereinafter “the Shop”). These Terms apply exclusively to consumers using the Shop. 3. Products and Availability

3.2 Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, the Shop will notify you and will not process the unavailable item. You will not be charged for unavailable products.

4. Prices and Payment

5. Delivery

5.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Shop will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery estimates but is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.

5.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier for shipment.

5.4 If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incomplete or inaccurate delivery information provided by you, the Shop will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

6. Cancellation and Returns

6.1 You may cancel your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Instructions on how to cancel an order or return products will be provided at the time of purchase and are also available via the Shop.

6.2 Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

6.3 Refunds for cancelled orders or returns will be processed using the original method of payment, subject to deduction of any costs permitted under applicable law.

6.4 Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

7. Warranty and Liability for Defects
