How can I return my order?
We hope you are completely satisfied with the products you receive from our online shop. However, if you decide that you would like to return one or more items, you may do so in their original condition within the permitted return period from the date of receipt. To make a return, please follow the instructions below:
- Visit https://recycled-jewellery.com to register your return and indicate the items and reason for return.
- After completing the return registration, print the return paperwork that is generated.
- Place your goods, the original packaging (if possible), and the return documents into a secure parcel.
- Seal the parcel and drop it off with your preferred postal or courier service.
When returning items, please ensure they are unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Returned products will be inspected before any refund can be processed. Products that show signs of wear or damage beyond what would be expected from normal inspection may not be eligible for a full refund. Items made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements (for example, engraved items) are not eligible for return and are considered final sale. Some products that can be adjusted (such as bracelets or chains) may have specific instructions on how resizing affects return eligibility.
How can I exchange an item?
If an item does not meet your expectations and you wish to exchange it for a different product or size, you have the following options:
- Via the online shop process: At present, direct exchanges cannot be processed automatically through our online returns system. To exchange an item, please register and return the original item following the return steps above, and then place a new order for the desired item at https://recycled-jewellery.com.
- At a participating retail location: You may also exchange items in person by presenting proof of purchase at a retail store that offers exchanges. Please check local store policies before visiting.
Please note that any returned item must still meet the condition requirements outlined above. Exchanged items or subsequent orders are treated as separate transactions.
Important Information about Returns and Exchanges
- Returned items must only be handled in a manner that is necessary to examine the goods, similar to trying them on in a store. Excessive use that alters the condition of the goods may affect your eligibility for a full refund.
- Items that have been personalized or made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For security and tracking purposes, please retain proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.
- Once your return has been received and accepted, the value of the goods will be refunded via the original payment method used at purchase, in accordance with our refund policies.
